It has southwest exposure for all day sun, 103' of prime frontage, spectacular long lake and mountain views, U-shaped permanent dock and sandy perched beach. The house offers an outdoor 6/7 person hot tub with and outside TV. There is a beautiful fire pit by the lake for evening fires and cocktails. There is also an abundance of games, beach toys, kayaks and more to enjoy the lake!
The house offers an open concept main living area with two story stone, wood fireplace and cathedral ceiling that opens to a large deck and screened porch, where you can take in those magnificent views. First floor also includes a master suite with private balcony overlooking the lake. Finished lower level walks out to the lake and includes a family/media room with gas fireplace, kitchenette/wet bar with commercial ice maker, full bath and 2 additional bedrooms. The second floor offers 3 en suites bedrooms and a huge bonus room with 6 queen beds (perfect for the kids) over the attached 3 car garage with its own bath. Also a hoop in the driveway for a family pickup game! It is a very central location to boat anywhere on the lake and easy to get to by car.
