With lake views from almost every room in this beautiful home, plus a deck just off the back of the house, in addition to a sun Dock out on the Lake, you will feel like you are on vacation every day! The living room is large and offers a comfy couch with two large ottomans, with plenty of room to store books, movies, and more in the bookcases. Flowing right in to the Kitchen and Dining areas, the views just get more beautiful. The Master Bedroom has beautiful lake views and an adjacent sitting room with a Futon and chair for relaxing. The Master Bath has a huge walk in shower, double closets, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The second bedroom has an attached bath, also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom is down the hall with an attached sitting room, both with gorgeous views of Lake Balboa.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.
