The interior features an open concept layout offering a fireplace, beautiful, dark hardwood flooring, a bright walk-out bay, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and a reading room. Three newly carpeted and painted bedrooms sleep six comfortably. Enjoy a lovely screened-in porch in the summer. 20 minutes to Tanglewood! The sunny walk-out bay window illuminates the whole room including the sitting/reading room and brand new kitchen hosting new, white, clean countertops, an island, and a breakfast bar with beautiful stools for great conversation. There is also a half bath and a laundry area with Spanish tile flooring on the main floor. Cooling units and additional heating are in the sunroom and all upstairs bedrooms.
The master suite offers two dressers, a vanity table, and large television. For the scholar or working professional, there is a writing desk overlooking the natural landscaped scenery.
