There is no better view in our opinion, then the view from 32nd Street looking north. This 2nd floor, walk up condo is beach living at it's best. Enjoy the bay front view from your spacious deck, living room, dining area and kitchen, or unwind by the large outdoor pool. This condo is still within walking distance to the beach, as well as Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, shopping and restaurants. Sparkling clean and with your comfort in mind, the owners have provided a full equipped kitchen, (including both a drip and Keurig coffee maker) 2 TV's, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, and central a/c. There is parking for 2 cars, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. The maximum occupancy is 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
