Brand new farmhouse nestled in beautiful Lake Nebagamon, Wisconsin on 40 acres. Our land is filled with wildflowers in the spring, wild blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in the summer. From midsummer to frost the gardens and the cut flower garden really start to explode with color and fragrance, and bushels of farm fresh produce. In the fall the trees around the farm start shimmering golden, while the oaks deepen to rich, flame-hearted earth tones. Take a stroll through one of our walking trails and take in all the beauty! You can also pick your own pumpkin from our pumpkin patch in the fall!
Beautiful home, built in 2021. Features a larges covered patio - perfect for enjoying outdoor eating, grilling, or sipping coffee in the mornings. The homes main level includes a furnished kitchen with full-size appliances, living room, pantry, dining room, office, self-serve laundry room, one (1) half bathroom, and one (1) full bath as well as the master suite and an additional bedroom. Enjoy with soaking tub and patio doors to the hot tub from the master suite. The main floor and patio are entirely wheelchair accessible. Our home is conveniently located on an extensive network of ATV trails; only miles away from excellent fishing and water sports on Lake Nebagamon, Lake Minnesuing, Lake St Croix, Lake Superior, The Brule River and more! Winter offers snowmobiling, ice fishing, downhill and/or cross country skiing, snow tubing, etc. Additionally, the nearby Brule River Scenic Trail offers hiking year round. There are also some of the most beautiful state parks within an hour drive including Pattison State park with the highest waterfall in the state - Big Manitou Falls, Amnion Falls, Gooseberry State Park, Jay Cooke State Park.
Relax in the hot tub on the back porch while you watch the breathtaking sunset. The kids will have fun catching frogs in the pond, dont forget mud boots! Speaking of kids, there is a zip line in the back trails for the kids to have fun with. Ever dream of collection your own eggs for breakfast? Well, now you can. We have a dozen hens that are happy to provide! The toy room upstairs will keep the kiddos busy on rainy days. Basketball hoop outside provided for those family PIG nights!
