There’s a piano and bbq. Washer dryer in laundry room. There is a large swimming pool and a barn with corral for no extra fee, room for RV as well. 4 miles north of Wickenburg half mile in on dirt road.
Great sunsets and decks, TV with DVD player and some dvd movies, no TV service. TV via wifi with a stick provides some service if there is an account to sign into. Internet: both WIFI and cable that come from a dish on the roof.
Dogs allowed on case by case basis at $100/dog. Dogs must be preapproved. There are no fenced areas for dogs. Horses at no charge, but horse owners are required to removed horse waste. PLEASE DECLARE any DOGs prior to booking!
