The Blue Hour A-frame is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
Per our listing, we have a 4 person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person per night.
We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Blue Hour A-Frame's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
