PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Newly remodeled 8 BR/ 5.5 BATH 7,000+ sf Main lodge on 97 acre mountain top estate. The lodge has heated pool, over 2,000 SF of new Trex decking and flagstone patio. Grill, professional grade dual oven and appliances.
Property is surrounded by hiking trails and in the middle of Virginia's wine country with countless breweries and wineries nearby.
LIVING AREAS
Main Level offers an open living room with valley views, electric fireplace, soaring ceilings. Open Kitchen/Family Room has large granite counters, OLED 4K TV, and a wood burning stove.
Upper level of the home has an office loft with a large desk and working area with dual 27" 5k monitors that can be used with a guest's computer or guest account on an available Mac Pro.
Lower level of home has a home gym, fireplace, and huge living/recreation area with 85" OLED TV, Ping Pong Table and Playcraft 12’ shuffleboard.
KITCHEN and DINING
The well equipped elevated chef kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for four, breakfast table and fully stock kitchen and butler’s pantry. All you need to bring are your ingredients or your favorite chef.
Large industrial crank (adjustable height) dining table can seat 10-12 or be combined with a smaller table in the adjacent bay window for additional seats.
BEDROOMS and BATHS
Upper level of home: 5 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on upper level (3 King and 2 Full sized beds). One Room with King has a Single pull-out sleeper as well. Upper level bathroom #1 has full tub/shower/double sink with vanity and skylight. Upper level bathroom #2 has shower with vanity and skylight.
Main level of home: Master bedroom with King bed and large double-sink vanity with separate shower and tub, plus 1/2 bath powder room on main living/dining/family/front entry level, along with den/office with two pull out Single trundle beds (sleeps 2 children easily).
Lower level of home: (walk-out to patio and pool) has 1 bedroom with queen bed and office with a futon couch. Lower level bathroom has large shower and vanity area, which is close to the outdoor pool.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Main lodge on 97 acre mountain has heated pool, over 2,000 SF of new Trex decking and flagstone patio with a propane grill.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend here. 4 families, 5 kids, lots of food and the spacious fridge and separate large freezer were up to the task. Dining room large enough for all of us to eat together. Everyone enjoyed the pool and all the games at the house. Comfy beds!Only downside: The smart house controls were too smart for us and defeated 8 adults trying to adjust the A/C. Instructions would have been helpful.
