This lovely 3 bedroom home sleeps 8-9 comfortably. It's located in a highly desired neighborhood close to nature hikes and to the many wonderful amenities Rio Rancho offers. Within a short 5 minute walk you can find yourself hiking along the Rio Grande enjoying the beautiful views of Sandia and Manzano Mountains. Sit and enjoy lunch or breakfast from the front porch and enjoy views to the north and east of the house or have some barbecue in our well seated and stocked back yard with a fire pit, propane grill and smoker. Our property is 15-20 minutes from Albuquerque city boundary and 45 minutes to the heart of downtown Santa Fe. We are also 30-40 minutes from fishing, hiking, biking or soaking in hot springs which can be enjoyed in Jemez Springs, Cochiti, or Santa Fe. We are a 5 minute drive to wonderful breweries, restaurants, shopping areas and have a new food hall to enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment called The Block.
