We are located near the highway, just minutes from the airport, major companies like Styker and Pfizer, and popular attractions, such as the Air Zoo and Wings Stadium. You will also be close to parks, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, downtown, hospitals, and colleges (WMU, K College, KVCC), making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Our location makes it an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers alike.
When you step in you are greeted by an inviting space to gather or unwind. Our lovely home is an open space joining the living area, dining, and kitchen together in an L shape, making it easy for friends and family to intertwine. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a blender, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker, and a gas stove. The non-touch waste basket adds an extra level of convenience and cleanliness.
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, an alarm clock with a sound machine to help you relax and sleep soundly, a closet for your belongings, a mirror for getting ready, and a USB bank to keep your devices charged.
Enjoy the backyard with a fenced area for privacy and a small area outside to relax. Corn hole is available to play and is kept inside the front door coat closet for easy access.
The home has central heat and window AC units. One AC window unit is located in the family room and the second in the master bedroom. A fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide, and a small basic first aid kit is included. The laundry area is accessible by request only, and is located in the basement. Parking is in front of the home and can fit up to 4 cars, but parking on the grass is prohibited due to neighborhood ordinances.

There is a privacy wall next to the highway, reducing the noise and blocking the view of the highway. It is construction season and accessing I-94 changes. A light is at the intersection of the neighborhood and main street, making it easy to get in and out. Please note lawn care maintenance comes typically on Thursday or Friday mornings.
