In less than 15 minutes you’re at Granite Peak! After a day on the slopes, come back to warm up and then head out on an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, museums, and the Grand Theater. Even though you are right downtown, the street is quiet and safe. My goal is for you to have a Wausome experience!
This open floor plan has a birds eye view to Third Street. The bedroom is separate, providing privacy. All the amenities are provided for you, including a kingsize bed and luxury linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and features coffee machine and coffee, microwave and refrigerator. Relax and enjoy cable television or stream your favorite apps. There is also a dedicated work space in the suite, and the free wi-fi signal is fast.
No matter the season, this suite is the perfect launchpad for skiing, hiking, biking, fishing or just exploring the many events, activities and beautiful scenery we enjoy here in the Wausau area all year long.
No need to keep up with keys, as access to the suite is managed with a keypad on the door. Your comfort and security are priority to me, and there is an additional keypad to access the floor where this suite is located. You will be given all the codes and instructions for entry prior to your arrival. Check-in and check-out is contactless; however, I am available if you need me for any issue at all or just want to say hello.
This suite is one of nine located on the second floor of a commercial building. There is lots of free parking next to the building during the day, as well as paid parking in a public lot across the street. Overnight parking is not allowed on the street during the hours from 2:30 am to 6 am, however, I do provide free overnight parking for you in a private lot a half a block away from the building.
Extended stay guests are welcome at a discounted rate for a minimum 30-day booking. Services include weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels. Feel free to inquire regarding rates.
We have nearly completed restoring the first floor of this historic building where this suite is located. No worries, though, the noisy work is well behind us and all is quiet.
