Quaint weekend getaway! Sweet roomy apt with a great yard and land. 5 min to Woodstock, 10 min to Saugerties, 20 to Kingston and 30 to Hunter. Near hiking, swimming holes, great restaurants, winter outdoor adventures, movies, arts, culture etc.
The space
Charming one bedroom, one bath space with separate living room/well equipped kitchenette. Queen bed. Closest to Woodstock and near many desirable neighboring towns. Perfect location for exploring the area.
There is a well stocked kitchen for meals with table and chairs, Wifi and Smart TV, and some fun games to enjoy. There is also a futon that opens to a full sized bed.
Outside you will find a grassy lawn and fire pit with free wood, outdoor table and chairs, grill and a large fenced in wooded area for your/your pets sole use.
Over 100 years ago this house was moved from the Ashokan Resevoir area so the resevoir could be built. It was sited here to begin its second life. Updated throughout the years but retaining original character.

This is a sweet upstairs apt (wide steps) with your own entrance on the other side of the house. Nice land including a fenced in area.
Other things to note
We are dog friendly! Dogs are allowed with prior permission and a $30 flat fee to offset the cleaning cost. Let me know if you are bringing your pup- they will love the yard!
This is the country! On occasion you may encounter a spider, fly, bug etc. usually in warmer weather. There are also owls, frogs, woodpeckers, bears, and amazing birds around at times.
Your space is above only a small portion of the main house. We have two pups that may bark if they hear something - short lived. At night and most of the day they are far from ear shot in a separate wing. We love animals and welcome yours as well!
