The guest suite is private with a private entrance. It is however on a shared property with a small boutique hair salon. There may be a few parked cars during the day as you enter into the driveway but your designated parking area on the opposite end of the property will always be available for you.
Security cameras with audio and recording capabilities are installed to monitor public shared spaces only. E.g. Driveway, Front entrance to door to suite.
Other things to note
The bed in the bedroom sits a few inches higher than a standard frame. A small stepping stool is positioned by the bed if mobility issues are present.
