Broken Tree Tipi Experience is the only place in the South east you and your family can experience the thrill of staying in a genuine Native American Tipi while enjoying all the comforts of home.
Our Tipis have electricity fans and lighting comfortable beds and all you could possibly need to have a fantastic stay in our beautiful tipis. A western saloon styled bathhouse with spacious family size bathrooms is provided along with a small pond with a dock horseshoes a large firepit and more.

White Cloud is a monstrous 26 foot Nomatic Tipi Makers campground version Tipi.
The Tipi hasn't been painted so its bright and airy during the day and translucent at night so its way cool in the dark.
There is heat and A/C provided, a circulation fan, rope lights and a GFI protected plug for your use.
White Cloud has a large zip up front door with bug screen and critter guard around the base to keep any critters out of the Tipi.
There is a large 8 foot picnic table and custom charcoal grill to use, so bring a cooler full of BBQ items Charcoal and some beverages to enjoy.
White Cloud sits on a clean concrete slab with a large indoor outdoor rug and has lots of room for the kids to play.
Sleeping arrangements consist of 6 twin size beds set in a classic circle around the perimeter of the Tipi.
The beds are dressed with plush fleece comforters, flannel sheets and come with a single pillow for your use.
We don't provide any towels so if you plan on showering bring a towel for your use at our Saloon themed bathhouse.
This tipi is the best choice for a large family with plenty of room to run a large grassy area and its own firepit plus 2 hammocks to swing in peace.

The structure..
This tipi is a primitive structure with a hole in the top however with the smoke flaps closed and the umbrella over the top you stay 99 percent dry so there may be a drip or two from the top and lacing pins over the door if it rains during your stay.
There is a heater in the tipi however being so big and designed to be heated with a fire or woodstove its doesn't work very well so on cold nights be prepared with warm sleeping clothes and a warm hat usually in Dec-Feb
We provide thick cozy comforters and quilts but always be prepared.
Pets.
Yes we allow pets however they need to stay off the beds and must be cleaned up after.
Sorry but we cant have Pitbull's, Shepherds or Corso's on the property.
This is a family friendly place and we cant have these large dogs around other guests their children and pets.
Were located on the Sapelo river 3 miles from Exit 58 on Interstate 95 Close to all the attractions the Golden Isles has to offer.
We are inspected licensed and permitted with the county and state health departments.
