Summary:
Beautiful home with large yard and ample parking located just minutes from Lake Cumberland and Beaver Creek Marina. Two driveways to accommodate boats, RV’s and trailers. Sleeps 10 with beds, 12 including air mattress. 4 bedrooms include 2 full size bed and 2 queen beds and 1 king. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tv’s. Two full baths. Blackstone grill, corn hole boards, and carport with outdoor seating. Coming in Spring of 2025, pool table in basement and new Fire pit.
The Space:
4 bedrooms, 3 on one level and 4th in basement with king bed and full. Beautiful yard and plenty of space. Very well maintained and cleaned. One Large air mattress for added space. Keurig single cup coffee maker and regular coffee maker with k cups and ground coffee provided in kitchen. Iron and ironing board, grill, toys, games, cornhole boards and fold out chairs all included. Pool table and air hockey game.
2nd full bath located in basement .

Entire house, main level and basement. 2nd full bath and one bedroom located in basement along with family room, game room and laundry.
