You'll also be a quick and scenic drive from the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, the slopes of Schweitzer Mountain, Silverwood Theme Park, and the heart of Sandpoint and or Coeur d Alene itself.
Skier, hiker, ATV or boating enthusiast, your focal point at this two-level home is the panoramic view, which you can take in from the windows and the deck off the main floor and the deck off the daylight basement that is equipped with a 75" Smart TV”, pool table and ping pong. Spend your summers swimming in the lake, grilling on the deck, and your winters curled up by the crackling fire watching movies. There's a private laundry room to take care of your damp swimsuits or snowy ski clothes, charming kitchen with every essential appliance (including a dishwasher), a beautiful dining room table to enjoy the grand view and an amazing dinner with family and friends!

The home Is located in Pend Oreille Pines a beautiful 2,645 SF on 0.28-acre lot home with two red wood decks overlooking the lake.
There is a 2-car garage available for guests. Plenty of room for ATV Snowmobile parking. If you need extra parking for guests, we have it.
Other things to note
Plenty of summer parking. Please contact host prior to booking if you need boat or trailer parking. In the winter we recommend no more than 2 vehicles. All-wheel / 4-wheel drive vehicles a must in winter. Hillside home.
Please do not request to book our place if you plan to hold a bachelor or bachelorette party. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and booking preference will be given to guests that will adhere to the 10:00pm quiet time. Also, parties are not allowed of ANY KIND as per Air BNB rules.
