The fireplace in the primary suite is not operational.
The Santa Fe County short-term rental ordinance limits occupancy to two per bedroom, or six (6) people over the age of five (5) for this home. The twin trundle beds may be used for additional children aged five (5) and under. The daytime occupancy limit is twelve (12) people over the age of five.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
