Casa Wren, in the heart of Santa Fe's trendy Guadalupe Historic District, is a short 10 Minute walk to the downtown Plaza, steps from the vibrant Railyard District and its bi-weekly farmers market and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and coffee houses. The owners love sharing Santa Fe with their dogs Jill & Arnie and you will love bringing your well-behaved pooch to the amazing Frank S Ortiz dog park is a mile away as well as the walk along the river Alameda.
The owners have brought their eclectic, cozy aesthetic to this one-bedroom adobe style casita with vintage furnishings and personal touches. There's even an antique day bed if you have an overnight guest (though the place is more comfy for two) and an antique Secretaire to write your next novel at (or just postcards). A spacious galley style kitchen greets you when you enter the feeling of space continues with high beamed ceilings in the open plan living/dining room. The cook's kitchen with plenty of room for two chefs, has all you need to make a delicious meal including a kitchen maid mixer if baking is in your plans. Of course, with all the bakeries in easy walking distance, you don't have to. Spend your day exploring the area- no car required and then it's time to relax with a glass of wine by the fire pit in your private garden or cozy in by the Kiva fireplace. Either way, a comfy king size bed with awaits and plenty of the room to stretch out and get a great night's sleep in down and cotton comfort. Next day you can get up and do it all again. Radiant floor heating keeps things toasty. and with a separate couch and daybed, you each have a place to lounge and read! There a cute claw tub with shower in the bath as well as washer and dryer. And we've loaded the TV with Netflix and Apple TV so you can get your movie fix. (there are also two movie theaters within walking distance!)
