Updated ranch in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. This spacious, sunny, airy home has a well equipped kitchen and a private fenced-in back yard with a grill. There is a washer and dryer and high speed WIFI. Close access to Scott Carpenter, 20 acre park with an updated outdoor olympic-size pool, wonderful playground, skate park, ballpark, and Boulder Creek path. Downtown, 29th Street Mall, and CU/Folsom Field are all in close proximity. This central location is ideal for enjoying all Boulder has to offer.

We can be flexible with our availability dates and if you need something and don t see it available, feel free to contact us. Our home had been lovingly updated over the last 6 years and we appreciate you treating it as if it's your house.
There are 3 bedrooms. The primary has a king bed and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also serves as a home office and is complete with a great work space with a stand-up desk. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, with two twins. A mini crib is available upon request. There is a patio off the kitchen with a grill.
The living room and dining room are open with tons of light from all of the large windows. We have a smart TV with access to all streaming services. Basic cable is NOT provided.
The entire house is open to you, with the exception of the master closet (other accommodations will be made) and the garage. Keyless entry.

We have spent many years lovingly updating the inside of our home. It is one of the biggest parcels in the neighborhood and we are saving up to update the yard. We do our best to keep it tidy, but it is not modernized.
