Located between beautiful Elkhart Lake Wisconsin and historic Plymouth Wisconsin and part of Road America, this lovely hillside chalet offers five bedrooms and 4 ½ baths situated on over 30 acres of property with room to roam. A spacious gathering area includes a fireplace, cozy seating areas, and a magnificent view of the rolling countryside. A large dining area with seating for 10 also works well for groups or gatherings. The entire first floor entertainment room can be arranged for flexible social, dining and/or meeting needs to suit groups of all sizes.
The third-floor features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One third floor bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom with double sinks conveniently located outside of the toilet/shower area.
The main floor includes a large living/dining room with a dining table — including seating for 10, plus comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, television, kitchen, half bath, washer and dryer, and patio deck.
Located on the lower level are two bedrooms, each with a full bath directly across the hall, a second living space with couches and a television, plus a bonus entertainment room (more than 1100 sq ft) suitable for entertaining, dining or meetings. Road America is able to assist you with furnishing this space if required. Spiral staircase leads you up to the main floor.
