Enjoy a day at the horse races or a concert at SPAC! On the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, a summer hotspot in New York, you'll have the run of my 2 story colonial on an acre of land in a country setting with sleeping for up to 8.
The comfortable home has 3 bedrooms, a study, and 2 .5 baths. Private master en suite offers vaulted ceiling, bathroom, queen sized bed, TV, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (which I may update to a double as the room is consumed by the queen) and TV. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. In the living room, the sleeper chair and sofa add 2 additional sleep spaces. The study has a dedicated workspace with a futon. (Additionally, there is an air mattress which could be put to use.) Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Newer washer/dryer combo. Central heat and air conditioning, high speed internet. A spacious deck houses a propane BBQ and table/umbrella where you can dine while overlooking 1 acre of woodsy backyard where wild raspberries grow. A kayak is also available. The backyard features a firepit and unique sidewalk where you can walk, ride a small bike, or skate without leaving the yard. Two car attached garage provides plenty of storage. "No pet"/ non-smoking home due to owner allergies. This is my primary home where my teen son and I reside, so it may feel a bit “lived in;” however it will be nice and clean for you with fresh sheets/towels provided.
