This 1-bedroom retreat is an allergy-free haven that is all electric and includes custom wood cabinets, custom wood windows with dual panes, bamboo flooring, and premium appliances.
Enjoy high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, 2 smart TVs, mini split a/c-heat system, organic mattress, and a rainfall shower system. Other amenities include hair dryer, toiletries, and a fully stocked coffee/tea bar with everything you can imagine included! Kitchen and bath include everything you may need - just bring a toothbrush and favorite items!
Street parking with Permit is available. Utilities included in 1 month stay. Extended monthly stay guests may be charged a small fee (to be discussed).
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking of anything (including vapes) anywhere in the unit, on the property or in front of the property. NON-SMOKERS ONLY so that absolutely no smoke odor is brought into the casita.
Ideal for an individual or couple (or parent/child) visiting LA for a one-month or longer stay: academics, writers, artists, traveling nurses, and film industry professionals all welcome! My large very friendly senior dog resides on-site and he is always looking to make new human pals and will happily visit with you if you'd like some furry company.
Relax to the sound of the fountain in the peaceful backyard sitting area where there is almost always a cool breeze, birds tweeting, butterflies flitting and hummingbirds that will alit on branches. Limited firepit use is optional. My dog will surely join you out there!
Great trendy neighborhood! Close to shopping, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, bakeries, markets, movie theaters, museum row, parks, Cedars Sinai, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Lassens, Bristol Farms, LACMA, Petersen Automotive Museum, Bloomingdales, Target, Macy's, Larchmont Village, The Grove and Farmer's Market, Beverly Center, and so much more! Driving: SM Pier is about 25-30 minutes to the West. Downtown LA is about 20 minutes to the East. BH is a 12 minute drive. Hollywood Sign and Reservoir is a 15 minute drive.
Optional additions: weekly or bi-monthly cleaning, and once in a while offers of home-cooked meals (ranging from burgers and brisket, salads, protein/veggie meals, vegan/vegetarian options. I also love to bake, so desserts are offered a little more often!
