This cute farm house was built in 1904 in Long Mott, Texas... It has since been moved to a great neighborhood in Seadrift, Texas, and truly has the charm of days gone by. If your looking for a cozy family friendly coastal getaway within walking distance of the beautiful San Antonio Bay this is your place! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished house with central heat and air has a living room, a small fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two full beds, and a bathroom with a claw foot tub. Upstairs there are two twin beds, a studio couch adequate for a child to sleep on, and a bathroom with a shower. The downstairs porch is screened in and has a hanging bed, plenty of comfortable seating, beverage frig, and ceiling fans. There is also a deck off the upstairs with chairs and loungers to relax in the evening breeze, while enjoying a beverage and viewing the stars! The large fenced in yard is perfect for the kiddos to run and play in, with a redneck Jacuzzi (water trough with bubbles), charcoal bbq pit, fire pit, and dog pens. We also own the lots next to the house, so there is plenty of room to park your boat, or fly kites with the kids! The bay front is an easy 2 block walk away and offers a covered pavilion, picnic areas, and a lighted pier.
