The owner loves DIY and it shows in all the small personal touches. Can sleep up to 10 guests. (2 queen beds, 2 sleeper sofas, and a floor mattress) 1.5 baths. The property is an easy walk to downtown Ypsilanti, across the street from EMU, a 20-minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor and the DTW Airport, and 45 minutes to Detroit. Blocks away from dining, coffee shops, attractions, and grocery stores. Beautiful tree-lined, safe and walkable neighborhood.
There is a full-time additional studio apartment with a private entrance on the bottom level which is available for an additional fee - if not booked. Please note there may be other guests in the house but the only shared area is the backyard. Any noise, if any, is minimal. Studio space will add 4 sleeping spaces.
