In the office there are books, games and puzzles to use for your enjoyment.
In the winter it takes about 45 min to 1 hour depending on conditions to get to Bogus Basin for skiing. Plus, only about 2 hours to 2.5 hours from both Tamarack and Brundage ski resorts. Both of which are close to natural hot springs for a soak after a day of skiing.
In summer lawn mowing will be provided. Garden space available for those with a green thumb. If you don't want to weed in spring, summer and fall this will also be provided. The house is about 1 mile from foothills for hiking and biking. It is also about 1 mile from the river and Greenbelt for walking, skating, biking, fishing or cooling off. There are 2 bikes on property which you may use. Plus, a BSU cornhole set and croquet set for back yard fun. There is a covered patio with honeysuckles, backyard swing, fire pit, chairs, tables outdoor dining table, a gas BBQ and a small pellet smoker grill.
