Come enjoy a little slice of South Florida life at this comfortable home in Homestead. This recently renovated property is completely up to date and no room was untouched during the remodel. It has a clean, modern style with all of the amenities you’d hope to see. From the clean granite tiles to the brand new appliances, you’ll enjoy the fresh and relaxing vibe of the house. Upon entering the backyard, you’ll be greeted by a newly refinished swimming pool. Enjoy the sun and relax in this little oasis. This property is also a short, 7 minute walk to the Miami-Dade Metrorail system (local station located @ Busway & SW 296 St) that connects you to the broader Miami area.
