Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Quiet, peaceful area. Clean and safe cabin.

Negative: Getting ahold of the property was difficult. I sent an email to my contact as soon as I booked the property asking about lockbox information because that's what the booking email said to do and was told I would receive the information the day before my visit. The day before I never received anything, sent 2 emails with no reply. The morning of I sent 2 more emails and finally got the email I should have gotten the day before but no other contact was made, no reply to my email apologizing or anything. Communication needs to be better. The living room furniture wasn't very comfortable and the bed was pretty firm so it made being there for multiple days hard. (I know beds are different for everyone, so that's a hard thing judge) We ended up sitting and laying on the floor during the day instead, which got old after a few days. We actually left a day early to stay somewhere different because after 4 nights we couldn't do it any more.

Summary: Great property, ok comfort, terrible communication
