Summary: I had never been to Eau Claire before, but was in town to speak at a fundraiser, and decided to make a girls weekend of it. The house was pristine, Liz kindly left us some sweet treats, and there were fresh flowers in all the common areas! The loft was perfect with two small beds, a large futon-type bed, a desk overslooking the street, and a half bath. The two bedrooms downstairs shared the full bath, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. It snowed a LOT! and Liz kindly responded to my requests for places to snowshoe near town, and to our concern that we might not be able to leave on the appointed day and time due to weather. Our only disappointment was that the fireplace in the main living room was OOO due to the heavy snow weighing on the flue. But Liz gave us a heads-up and there were no hard feelings! All and all just a great stay!
