Summary: House is amazing and we had plenty of room for our group of 9. We were a little put off by property manager texting us that we were using the gas fireplace too much = felt like we were being watched on our vacation. They had outdoor hot tub but we couldn't play any music. Not looking for concert level but that restriction seemed excessive. In addition, the trash bin for our house and another on the property was almost already full when we arrived on Saturday and the answer was that if there is no room in the bin then simply take trash home with you or be charged a fee. For cost of rental they should have trash disposal company come more often when there are guests at each house.
