A clean and cozy, pet-friendly 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse. Easy access to all Lubbock has to offer. Minutes to depot district, Texas Tech campus, and other Lubbock favorites. The townhouse is deep cleaned between each stay.
There is brand new flooring in all areas of the home, with carpets in all the bedrooms and living area that are professionally cleaned once a month.
The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay and has plenty of space to make meals, big or small.
Smart TVs are in every bedroom and the living area for all your viewing needs - the ability to access digital tv channels (e.g news) and streaming services.
AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use, as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel. Washer/Dryer, Free WiFi internet, microwave, and a coffee maker. Coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided when available.

The neighborhood is quiet and a safe area in Lubbock. It is within walking distance (1 block) to a local elementary school with a playground perfect for kids when the weather is nice. Also, this is a great spot to take a walk or take your furry friend for a walk. This is a neighborhood with families, so please be aware that some of the neighbors may have children playing outside at their property at some point during your stay if the weather is nice.
A prime location to get anywhere quickly and feel comfortable during your stay. Less than five minutes from the mall for shopping and many local (Red Zone Cafe, 50th Street Caboose, Picantes, etc.) and chain restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Cheesecake Factory, Canes, Whataburger, etc.). Marsha Sharp and Loop 289 are also very close so you can easily get where you need to go anywhere in or around Lubbock. Additionally, this property is an approximately 5-minute drive to University Medical Center (UMC), Texas Tech University (TTU), Covenant Hospital, and other clinics around Covenant Hospital.

Bus stops are within walking distance, although Uber or Lyft would be your best option if you plan on using public transportation.
There is plenty of parking. You can park in the parking area next to the house, covered parking behind the house, and parking in front of the house on the street.

**Please be sure to park with the flow of traffic as Lubbock code enforcement patrols heavily to ensure vehicles are correctly parked on city streets.
⋇For check out, you must take out your own trash and wash and put away any dishes you used during your stay. You can purchase and bring throw-away paper goods/utensils if you don't want to wash dishes.
