Positive: We loved the condo itself. It made you feel exactly like you were at the beach with all the beachy decors. Our toddler loved the deep bathtub. The location was decent to our preference. There is plenty of stores and stuff around such as the grocery store making it convenient to grab what we needed for the few days we were staying. I enjoy the fact there are 2 pools to choose from. It was cold while we were in town, so the use of the indoor pool was a great option. Parking was also no problem. It was nice that the condo was completely stocked with supplies as for kitchen stuff making it easy to just eat in the condo rather than spending thousands of dollars out to eat.

Negative: I didn't like how we had to check-in at the Vacasa location just to get parking passes and pool passes when all the information was already accessible through the Vacasa app itself. (door code and pool code) Then they send you a text message at the end of your trip to check out once you're ready, yet you still have to make a trip back to the building of Vacasa to return the pack of parking passes. It just seem like extra steps that wasted a little bit of our time. It would be much easier if there was a way to just leave parking passes inside the unit upon arrival so guest wouldn't have to go the extra step in going to the Vacasa building since everything is sent through the app itself. Finding the actual condo was hard as well, as the address that is listed through the Vacasa app does not take you to the actual condo. It just takes you to the beginning of the Ocean club Villas entry. We had to go into the timeshare office on property to ask for a map and if they knew where the unit was located. The packet you pick up from the Vacasa office doesn't provide a map of where the actual unit is either. It may be worth looking into adding to the packet for those picking up to help in locating the unit. Regarding the condo itself, I wasn't a fan of the king size bedrooms lighting. It was very dim, and I thought it could use brighter light bulbs. It was alright during the day as we could open the curtains however, in the evening, it would have been nice to have brighter light in the bedroom. There was a stain on the carpet in the living room which we let the company know so we would not be charged for that issue. I wasn't crazy about the shower heads; I just didn't like how the water came out of them, but wouldn't change my thought on the entire condo as a whole.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have already booked the same place for next year!
