Summary: The Hotels.com website rated this hotel an 8.4 and “wonderful,” but I completely disagree. To start, you have to drive through an AutoZone parking lot just to reach the hotel lot, which is currently under construction. They even filled in the pool to make room for more parking spaces.
At first, those things didn’t bother me too much—but then I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. The woman who eventually helped me was friendly and apologetic, but it was clear she was working alone with little support.
When I got to my room, things went downhill fast. The couch had white, crusty stains all over it. The beds were made, but the linens had visible stains and hair on them. I was placed in an accessible room I hadn’t booked, and the water was only lukewarm. Nothing in the room appeared to have been wiped down or properly cleaned.
I’ve stayed in some older, less-updated hotels before—that doesn’t bother me. But when I’m paying $180 a night, I expect the room to be clean. The stains, grime, and general lack of cleanliness made the stay completely unacceptable.
Luckily, this was only a one-night stay and we weren’t in the room for long. Overall, a very subpar experience. There are plenty of other hotels in the area I’d try before staying at this Comfort Inn again.

Summary: Once I checked in the ride on the elevator was super sketchy. Loud clunks and screeches like it was about to give out. I couldn't get into my room and had to go back down. Got a new key and it still didnt work. I ended up being put in a different room (whatever). Floors seemed dirty (I wouldnt walk around barefooted). The remote to the TV was dirty and sticky. The bed was at least comfortable and the air worked well. Wanted to check out early due to personal reasons. Talked to the guy at the front desk who told me that he would take care of it in the morning and that I could get a refund. Come the next morning I was told that I couldnt check out early without being charged MORE money even though the night before I was told I could get a full refund for Friday night. Guess who wasn't there to take any accountability. I still left on Friday and they were just going to check me out on Saturday. While I was going home I realized they charged me for the CREDIT on my room. Mind you as soon as I checked in they charged my card immediately. They made it where my account was negative right when I was getting gas for the trip home. They did rectify the issue and immediately gave me the refund that wont show on my account for 3 to 5 days. I will never go back to another comfort suites. I should of listened to the bad reviews and stayed away. Make sure you always check your bank statements because if I didnt notice it then Im sure they would have kept my momey. Stay. Away!!
