Welcome to this comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath condo that sleeps five, perfectly located within walking distance of the Chile Express ski lift. This inviting condo offers an ideal spot for your mountain retreat, with easy access to the slopes and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
On the first level, the well-equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and the dining area comfortably seats six. The cozy living area includes an electric fireplace, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. The living room also opens to a deck, providing a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the mountain air. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, and the full bath features a shower/tub combo.
On the second level, you'll find the lofted second bedroom, also with a queen bed, offering a private and peaceful retreat.
This unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer for added convenience.
Please note that the condo's balcony is currently unusable and has been blocked off. The HOA management company is actively working with engineers to resolve the issue, but the condo remains available for rent.
The Lifts E9 is one of six units within The Lifts condo complex, all represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of each other and the ski area, with E9 conveniently located across from unit F2.

LOCATION: Lift E9 is about a 4 minute walk downhill to the Ski Lodge. To the Country Club is about 2.7 Miles away (7 Minute Drive).
PARKING: Outside Parking Lot in the Front.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
