Contemporary Country Getaway is a duplex that adjoins a small portion of the main house. We invite you to Relax, Refresh, Rediscover the beauty and rich cultural heritage of Santa Fe and the high desert of Northern New Mexico. 17,000 acres of nature preserve in the Galisteo and Eldorado Preserves for hiking, biking and horseback riding is less than 10 minutes by car, and accessible directly from the Ranch on horseback, hiking and biking trails.
Located just south of Eldorado on a lovely fenced and gated 5 acre property with big skies and long views to all six surrounding mountain ranges. Contemporary Country Getaway is a short 2- 1/2 miles to the weekly Farmer's Market, grocery store, gas station, numerous restaurants and many other professional services and a 15-20 minute drive to the plaza in the center of Santa Fe proper.
This suite is light, bright and airy. Comfortably furnished with natural materials and elegant contemporary art.
The suite has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with 5 panel French doors to a covered area with beer garden style picnic table, cafe lights which can be used for outdoor dining and/or as a covered parking area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, new stainless sink, quartz counter top and all the necessary kitchen amenities. There is one cozy bedroom with a high end queen size bed, floor to ceiling windows, plenty of closet space/storage and an adjoining Mexican tiled 4 piece bathroom.

The adjacent main house only adjoins a small portion of this guest suite. Laundry facilities are shared between both units with dedicated days for usage for each.
We understand privacy is paramount and have designed the garden and outdoor areas on these 5 acres with this in mind.
The owner has two cats and a dog on the premises.
The owner will be on the premises, but respects your privacy.
We may need to access the garden and potted plants in the Spring/Summer months for watering.
