Our two bedroom home with office has a split floor plan opening to a large backyard with mountain views and easy access to all that is Scottsdale. Opportunities for dining, entertainment, spring training, hiking, biking and golf are all around you, within a short drive or, or for some locales, a short walk or bike ride.
Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall are a 5 minute drive or easy bike ride along the greenbelt or canal trails. You can walk or ride your bike to Salt River Fields for spring training and festivals; more spring training located in Old Town or nearby Mesa and Tempe. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter are 10 minutes away, Barrett Jackson and the Phoenix Waste Management Golf Tournament are a 15 minute drive. Numerous golf courses are close by, one of which is within view across the greenbelt. Go hiking on Camelback Mountain or nearby McDowell Mountain trails. Or go out your back door for a walk, run or bike ride on the miles of Arizona Canal Trails or Scottsdale Greenbelt, which can take you all the way to Papago Park and the Desert Botanical Gardens.
Or stay home and relax in the spacious open backyard with a large pool (not heated) and shady areas to read a book. Or take privacy in the front courtyard under the huge mesquite and soothing fountain. Cook in the open concept kitchen and enjoy time at home. The home is updated with all tile flooring, custom cabinets and new stainless appliances.
Don't want to leave home without the whole family? For a small additional fee, your pets are welcome. The backyard is a huge playground for your dog, fenced in with block walls and secure gates.
The backyard backs to the Arizona Canal Trails system. We love watching the walkers, bike riders, runners and dog walkers go by, but if you want complete privacy, slip into the comfortable outdoor seating in the private front courtyard and get away from the world.
