New appliances installed with availability of microwave, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and more. 2 Large screen TVs in livingrooms with chromecast, high speed wifi throughout property, bedrooms also have 32 inch TVs in them. Security Cameras (pending).

My mother is available to cook at guest request (best tasting food you will ever consume) and assist however possible.

The space
10 miles from the front gate of Camp Lejeune and super close to all other military bases in the area. Access to community pool near by and there's 2 amazing and recently opened Splash Pad with a New Playground behind one of them with Newly Built Bathroom facilities on site. 10 min drive to the mall and theater and the main street of Jacksonville which is Western Blvd that has numerous restaurants, barber shops, Large Hospital, Salons, Massage Businesses, Banks, Gyms, Gas Stations and much more and less than 20 minutes away from 3 very popular beaches and the airport. There's also a frisbee golf course less than 10mins away from the property which also has a very popular fishing and relaxing hangout areas. The near-by river that flows through also has a calming, peaceful, wooded walking trail along side which is so therapeutic. Family and I go there all the time to feed the birds and turtles with bread we buy from the near by Dollar Tree Store.

Will have access to community pool near by, laundry room in property, fully stocked kitchen and grill can be provided upon request but fully functional and very clean stove with oven in the property and frisbee golf course nearby with splash pad and playground across the street from frisbee golf.

Other things to note
Keypad entrance on multiple doors makes it super easy to enter and leave the property and there's so much to do here in Jacksonville that it's truly remarkable. If you need any recommendations please do not hesitate to ask. From horse back riding, kayaking, boat rentals (need to complete online course), Jungle Rapids water park, Indoor Trampoline Park, Marathons, City Rec Center always have live events and sports events going on, skate board park, Gun Range w rentals available, Paint Ball and Airsoft Courses near by, THREE (SMH) near by Walmarts.
