This one-story home sits just over a mile from small-town Wardsboro, on an expansive piece of property that's beautiful in every season. It's a lovely home base for outdoor adventures, with Mount Snow to the south (nine miles), Stratton Mountain up north (13 miles), and Green Mountain National Forest all around you.
Summer days here are a wonder, whether you're having coffee and breakfast on the front porch, watching your kids play tag in the grass, or catching an afternoon nap in one of the two hammocks. The winter is every bit as alluring after a day of skiing, with the surrounding mountains dusted in snow and the provided logs crackling in the woodstove.
