The space
This contemporary ground level condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting. The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances. There is 1 full bath with tub. PRIVATE AND FENCED IN YARD IS PERFECT FOR PETS! The kitchen/dining/living areas has beautiful hardwood floors while the bedroom and den have wall to wall carpeting.
Guest access
There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight). Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your condo.
