Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located unit. The property is located 3.5 miles from Fort Wainwright’s back gate, 7 miles from Fairbanks, and 5.5 miles from North Pole. Nestled in a quiet wooded corner, experience regular moose sightings and Alaska’s northern lights on this open 2 acre lot. Perfect for Alaska’s winter months, guests have access to a heated garage. This is an incredible place for you and your family to stay at while you enjoy vacationing the interior.
The space
The duplex home is inviting, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all standard size, along with standard closets in each bedroom. Each bathroom has a shower/tub. In the kitchen, we provide basic cooking/baking utensils, a fully stocked coffee and tea selection, and basic breakfast essentials. The living room has seating for 5, but we also provide a large size bean bag chair comfortable for 2. The outside of the property is clean, safe and spacious. It is a private patio, but there is no privacy fencing. If there’s anything additional you need for the space, please reach out as we would love to accommodate your stay!
Guest access
Guests have access to a small back patio and the front outside area of 1505. You have unrestricted access to the entire unit and garage access.
Other things to note
We do charge a fee for guests who checkout after 11AM. If an early check-in is needed, please contact me in advance so we can try and accommodate you!
We do have a lock on the thermostat. We keep the unit at 70-72 but are happy to accommodate more comfortable temperatures for guests.
