Welcome to the MW3 Ranch! Relax and unwind in this newly constructed barndominium on our 100-acre ranch in the East Texas Piney Woods. Get away from the busy pace of city life and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature right outside your front door. Enjoy morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the patio or stargaze while sitting around the campfire at night.
The space
Through the front doors you will walk into a bright and airy living room with comfortable reclining couches and chair as well as 55" TV with Apple TV streaming services. The dining table comfortably sits 6 people with room to spare. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook a delicious meal during your stay and you will l feel right at home with our full size refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a propane grill located outside for guests to use during their stay. The two bedrooms and bathroom are also located downstairs. The master bedroom with a king-size memory foam mattress has a private entrance into the bathroom as well. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size pillow top mattress. Upstairs you will find a great area for kids to play with plenty of toys and two twin sized mattresses. The ceiling in the loft area is quite low (6' tall at the highest peak and approximate 3.5' tall at the lower points), so while it's a great area for sleeping or for children, adults will have a hard time walking around comfortably up there.
Guest access
You will have full access to all of the barndominium living space, the two-acre pond, and all 100+ acres of woods to explore. Fishing in the pond is catch-and-release only and you will need to bring your own fishing poles and tackle. Feel free to use the firewood stacked near the fire pit or gather any fallen wood from the property.

No off-road vehicles allowed to be driven on any part of the property.
