Every unit is ground floor accessible in the complex. Not one of those busy high rise buildings with several units. With a king sized bed and a full size Murphy bed, this unit comfortably sleeps 4. Has a great fenced in outdoor patio with a BBQ gas grill. This is a perfect spot to escape for the beach and have plenty of other options!

NOTE: An infrastructure project is scheduled for 150 days starting Feb 10, 2025. We have been notified to steer clear of the east retention pond and DO NOT attempt to cross the wood foot bridge to the island as this is where much of the pond work will take place.

Armbands should be on each person (6yrs old and over) while on any portion of the HS property.
