Located in the Evans Lake community, a charming lake cottage with full access to Evans Lake. Sleeping 12, with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms and a cozy basement! Also take a dip in the hot tub. Kayaks included.
This cottage is set up perfectly for large families and friends looking for a getaway in the Irish Hills.
With a large yard for plenty of activities and an area down by the lake, bring all the outdoor fun.
The house is located 125 yards to the waters edge. Evans Lake is a private lake that only allows access to residents and guests. Lake access for fishing, skiing and relaxing are all included. Visit https://www.evanslakeresort.com/boat-rental/ if you are looking for a boat rental. The boat launch is $50 per launch at the Evans Lake resort. (2) kayaks included in the rental.
A 201 acre private lake open for watersports activities. The dock will be in the water from memorial day until labor day.
The house does not have a dishwasher, we encourage paper products to cut down on the dishes.
Ask about golf cart rental, must be 25.
