Full bathroom downstairs with living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The dining alcove seats four with extra folding chairs, breakfast bar seats three. Internet, smart TV, limited cell service.
A partially covered deck has the washer/dryer and gas barbecue. A fire pit up on the beach edge with seating.
There is a wood stove and an oil fired toyo for heat.
