Come enjoy a little bit of Texas charm at your private guesthouse in Kempner. Your space will be a separate brick guesthouse on our family friendly 3 acre property. We live on the property with our 4 kids and German Shepherd but you'll have plenty of space to yourself! When you enter the guesthouse, you'll find the living area with a sofa with queen sleeper for guests or kids, TV with free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.
In the bedroom, there is a comfy queen sized bed with drawers underneath for your clothes and a white noise machine.
In the kitchen, you will have all the necessary conveniences for cooking meals; a fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and eating utensils. If there is anything you need, just ask and we probably have it! Farm fresh eggs are available as well.
There is currently no washer/dryer in the cottage but we have them in the main home and we are happy to do a load for you!
There is plenty of space to park vehicles.
Traveling with kiddos? We have plenty of baby and kid items...just ask!
The guesthouse is located in a separate building that is detached from our home, however is does share a wall with our home office (like an apartment.)
We welcome dogs as long as they are up to date on shots and friendly with children & other dogs. Also available is a 30amp RV hookup.
