Spacious master suite with custom built walk in closet, master bath with separate shower and jetted tub. Toilet is in a separate room with door. Second bedroom has a custom built bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom, and a wall to wall upper bunk with a custom fit mattress. Can easily fit two kids/teens. Second bath has a large walk in shower.
Main living room has a large couch and free standing gas fireplace and large TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and cookware you would need. Island is large with 4 barstools. Kitchen table can easily seat 6. Kitchen living area is open to the kitchen and includes a queen size sofa sleeper, with blackout curtains on sliding door. Large sliding glass doors lead to a patio with a pergola, outdoor TV, and outdoor table that seats 8, couch and chairs around a freestanding fireplace. Pool is directly off the patio and hot tub is included in the patio area, next to the seating area and fireplace. Lawn surrounds the pool area, with corn toss and badminton net. 2 car garage and room for several more cars to park in driveway. Fence and landscape surround the backyard for privacy.
Pool is closed from November1st through May 1st, but Hot Tub remains on throughout the winter season.
