Our no-wake-lake waterfront home is situated nicely for the kayaking and hiking or glamping enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors. You're evenings have never offered this much soul-filling peacefulnuss!
We are a 5 minute kayak ride from Rose Oaks 600+ acre county park perfect of equestrians or hikers of all types. Check out the trail map here https://www.michigantrailmaps.com/member-detail/rose-oaks-county-park/. We have 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, a pedal boat and motorized pontoon boat. We also have a camping firepit, screened in gazebo, bbq grill and patio dining! Not to mention a hot tub with all the ambiance of fun edison lights hung in the trees.
Want something else to do? Our place is 10 minutes from downtown Holly, and an hour from Michigan's little Bavaria, Frankenmuth, an hour from Ann Arbor and an hour from Detroit, escape it all or be close to it all.
This former getaway cottage is being completly renovated and by October 2023 the first floor main living area, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms will be finished. The basement is a bit dated but is a large and clean space for extra room to socialize and relax - appointed with third bedrrom, full bath, kitchenette, large screen TV, netflix and lounging furniture. This home away from home can accommodate 6 adult comfortably (3 queen beds and rooms) and a few kiddos (think group slumber party with air mattresses we provide).
