Spend sunny days swimming, paddling, grilling, and playing yard games, or simply relax and take in the peaceful setting.
During the warmer months, the cottage offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy. With a private dock and easy lake access, you can swim or take advantage of the kayak and paddle boat available for guest use. The yard is perfect for playing games like washer toss, ladderball, yard Yahtzee, and outdoor Jenga. The spacious shared patio offers comfortable seating and beautiful lake views, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset dinners. There’s also a shared fire pit and a large grassy lawn for additional relaxation or play. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a gas grill is provided.
Inside the cabin, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. The living area is cozy and inviting, with a large picture window that overlooks the lake, allowing natural light to fill the space. There’s plenty of room for board games and indoor activities, ensuring a fun experience for everyone.
While the cabin is perfect for spring, summer, and fall, it is just as inviting during the cooler months. The nearby Nicolet National Forest offers beautiful hiking opportunities year-round, along with vibrant fall colors and peaceful winter scenery. Snowmobile and ATV trails are easily accessible, and ice fishing is a popular activity on Catfish Lake once it freezes over. Located just minutes from downtown Eagle River, this cottage is close to restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. You’ll also find local breweries, ice cream stands, and seasonal festivals, including farmers markets and live music. Boat rentals and supplies are available at the nearby marina, ensuring you have everything you need to make the most of your time on the water.

As of March 2025, this cottage is under new ownership! The new owners have refreshed the space with updated furniture, new bedding, and thoughtful décor throughout, giving the cottage a brighter, more welcoming feel. They've also addressed past guest feedback. Experience the upgraded comfort and care in every detail!
