We built this cabin in hopes of providing a space where visitors can come to restore mind & body, unwind while connecting w/ loved ones, & immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. Don’t worry, this place comes with the perks: hot tub, fire pit, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer…all it needs is you. Whether you need a place to crash after adventuring in the Red River Gorge, wanting to surprise your partner with a romantic getaway, or finally getting around to a weekend to just unwind - this is the spot for you. As local RRG lovers ourselves, we are so proud to provide this cabin for your enjoyment and take pride in making sure this is a location you come back to again and again.
This cabin is a short drive from RRG attractions, restaurants, and trails and less than 1 mile from Beechfork Reservoir (61-acre lake). You'll have access to the 2.6 acres of our cleared and wooded land.
This is a pet-friendly cabin — dogs only! We love our dogs and do not charge any extra for you to love yours, too. ***We take pride in not charging a pet fee — please help us be able to maintain this free amenity by picking/cleaning up after pets best you can before leaving. Please read the pet rules below***
PLEASE NOTE: The roads to the cabin are easily passable with 2WD during normal weather conditions. The last 1.5-ish miles are gravel, sometimes with a few easily navigable potholes. ***Please be mindful of inclement weather conditions when traveling — AWD/4WD are strongly recommended during those times.***
Depending on your provider, your cell service may be spotty; however, the cabin has WiFi. This cabin is secluded in the country, so bring bug spray and be aware of potential critters and creepy crawlies outdoors. We do not provide firewood, but it is available at most local gas stations and general stores. No smoking inside. Clean up after yourself if smoking outdoors — absolutely no butts, wrappers, etc. should be found on the ground. Host may charge a fee if this is not respected.
PET RULES!
Dogs only! Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pet(s).
No pets on bed or furniture.
No pets are to be left alone at cabin unless crated.
Pick up after pets outside.
There are towels and sheets for dogs under the bed if needed.
Any damage or necessary excessive cleaning (due to messes, pet hair, etc.) will be billed to the guest. You may help prevent this by using the provided broom, vacuum, and mop in case of excessive hair/mess.

RESPECT OUR HOME.
We ask that you treat our home with respect. Let us know immediately of any damage, so we can take care of this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any damage or necessary excessive cleaning will be billed to the guest.
DO NOT OPEN WINDOWS UNLESS FOR EMERGENCIES.
We understand nice weather can be enjoyed with open windows; however, we do not have screens and bugs can easily get in. Please keep windows shut at all times, and go outside if you want to enjoy the weather :-)
NO SMOKING IN CABIN.
If you smoke outside, you are responsible for discarding all butts, wrappers, etc. Host may charge fee if this is not respected. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee.
NO SHOES IN CABIN.
Please use shoe trays located inside and outside of the cabin.
BURN ONLY WOOD.
Do not place trash in the firepit.
Be sure the fire is fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property.
LATE CHECK OUT PENALTY.
Please respect check in and out times unless otherwise discussed. Hosts may charge $50 late check out fee if guests fail to check out by 11 AM.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB.
You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the hot tub if pregnant.
No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) can occur in our area.
