3 Bedroom Cottage in Falls Village, Canaan
Older home with lots of character. Built in 1933 it still has low ceilings. Enclosed front porch for sitting. Living room with wood stove, dining room and large kitchen with wood stove. Two full baths. Main bedroom with bath is on first floor, second floor has two bedrooms each with two twin beds. I have two wood stoves but please do not use unless you speak to me first. You must have experience using them.
Well behaved owners and large dogs welcome. I have a fenced in backyard for your pup
to relax and explore as well. I do not allow barkers (aka) small dogs I have neighbors that
enjoy their peace and quite too. Please clean up after them. I provide a shovel by the back door so you can toss their poop anywhere off the lawn. Please do not leave me your poop bags.
