This listing is for the entire 3 B/R home has been recently furnished and upgraded and is 1700 square feet with vaulted ceilings. It features a backyard with a swimming pool, patio area with seating, BBQ, and Ping Pong table. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom
Private bedroom with queen size bed
Private room with 2 twin size beds

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen, dining room and 2 separate family rooms.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. The driveway can accommodate 2 more vehicles. There is no overnight street parking.

Please let us know if you have pets as DOGS only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we can inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Guest Access:
Groups will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry room if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for ourcleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up theirspills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extramessiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.
